All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

- Delivery time: 10-15 business days after shipment
- Free Shipping (orders over $50):
- Carrier: EMS
- Delivery time: 15-25 business days after shipment
Note: Delivery times may vary for international orders and during peak seasons. Some remote areas in Asia and other regions may have restricted service.

Return Policy Details
- Return Window: 15 days from delivery date
- Condition: Items must be in original, unused condition with all packaging and tags
- Non-Returnable Items:
- Helmets (Full Face, Half Helmets, Modular)
- Filters with opened packaging
- Custom or special-order parts
- Clearance items (marked as final sale)
Return Process
Step 1: Submit Your Request

- Subject: “Return/Exchange Request – Order #[Your Order Number]”
- Product name and quantity
- Reason for return
- For exchanges: specify desired replacement item including size/color/variant
Step 2: Wait for Approval
Our team will respond within 2 business days with:
- Return authorization number
- Shipping instructions
- Return address (based on your location)
Step 3: Package & Ship
- Include all original packaging, tags, and accessories
- Ship to provided address using trackable method
- We recommend insuring your return
- Note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.
Refund Process
- Processing Time: 3-5 business days after we receive your return
- Refund Method: Original payment method
- Timeline:
- Credit Cards: 5-10 business days after processing
- PayPal: 3-5 business days after processing
- Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return results from our error
Exchange Process
