1. Our Return Promise

We accept returns within 15 days of delivery for most items in original condition. Your satisfaction is our top priority – if there’s an issue with your order, we’ll make it right.

Non-Returnable Items

For safety and hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Helmets (Full Face, Half Helmets, Modular)
  • Filters (opened packaging)
  • Custom or special-order parts
  • Clearance items (marked as final sale)

2. Return Process

Follow these steps to initiate your return or exchange:

Step 1: Submit Your Request

Email our Rider Support Team at [email protected] with the following information:

Subject: Return/Exchange Request – Order #[Your Order Number] Dear Puig Shop Team, I would like to request a [return/exchange] for the following item(s) from order #[Your Order Number]: – Product Name: – Quantity: – Reason for return: [For exchanges only] I would like to exchange for: – Product Name: – Size/Color/Variant (if applicable): Please advise on next steps. Step 2: Wait for Approval

Our team will respond within 2 business days with:

  • Return authorization number
  • Shipping instructions
  • Return address (based on your location)

Step 3: Package & Ship

Include all original packaging, tags, and accessories. Ship to the provided address using a trackable method. We recommend insuring your return.

Note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.

3. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Processing Time: 3-5 business days after receipt
  • Refund Method: Original payment method
  • Timeline:
    • Credit Cards: 5-10 business days after processing
    • PayPal: 3-5 business days after processing

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return results from our error.

4. Exchange Process

For exchanges of eligible items:

  1. Follow the standard return process above
  2. Clearly indicate your desired replacement item
  3. We’ll ship your new item once the return is received
  4. Price differences will be charged/refunded as needed

Exchanges may take 2-3 weeks total processing time depending on your location.

5. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective:

  1. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  2. Include photos of the damage and packaging
  3. We’ll arrange a free return label if needed
  4. Receive a replacement or full refund

6. International Returns

For riders outside the US:

  • Customs fees are non-refundable
  • Mark package as “Returned Goods” to avoid duties
  • Allow extra time for international shipping
