Where is Puig Shop located?
Our warehouse and operations center is located at 45 Heathcote Circle, Savannah, US 31405. We ship worldwide (excluding certain remote areas and parts of Asia).

How do I know which parts are compatible with my motorcycle?

Are your helmets DOT/ECE certified?
All our helmets meet or exceed required safety standards. Certification details are listed on each product page. We carry Full Face, Half Helmets, and Modular options from trusted manufacturers.
Do you offer installation services for the parts I purchase?
Currently we only sell parts and gear. We recommend professional installation for technical components like engine parts, brakes, and electrical systems. Many items like protection gear and simple accessories can be self-installed with basic tools.

Is there a minimum order amount?
Our Free Economy Shipping requires a minimum order of $50. There’s no minimum for Standard Express Shipping ($12.95).

Returns & Exchanges

We offer a 15-day return policy from the delivery date. Items must be unused, in original packaging with all tags. Contact us to initiate a return. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
How do I return an item?
